I’m a software professional based in the Thames Valley in the United Kingdom. Over the years I’ve worked in large and small companies in both the UK and US.
I’ve worked with many languages, frameworks and operating systems, so I tend to think of myself as somewhat of a generalist. My background is largely in telephony and call control software, and related business facing solutions. However I’ve found that software principles are largely independent of the problem domain.
These days I deliver Cloud Based Software as a Service for the Contact Centre industry.
